"Refund was handled fine, honestly"
I had to return something and, yeah, I was a little nervous about how it would go. Customer service got back to me after about a day, which wasn’t instant, but it also wasn’t some huge delay like people sometimes make it sound. The refund came through not long after that. Sure, it could’ve been a bit quicker, but it was fair and I didn’t have to fight anyone over it

"Shipping was impressively slow"
I guess the product must be worth waiting for, because I’ve been sitting here for two weeks and it still hasn’t shown up. Not exactly the smoothest shipping experience.

I’m happy with this rosary overall because it feels solid in the hand, looks really nice in person, and seems like good quality for what I paid, though I did take off one star since the box showed up a little bent which was kind of a bummer if you’re giving it as a gift, but the rosary itself is totally fine and I’m glad I got it.

"I ordered a medal with a name engraved..."
I ordered a medal with a name engraved on it, and when it arrived the engraving just didn’t look quite right to me. I’m not totally sure if it was a mistake with the font, spacing, or something else, but the name looked a bit off. Shipping was fine, but for the price I was expecting the engraving to be more accurate. A little disappointing overall

"Felt like the Catholic shops I remember growing up with"
I ordered a rosary and a small saint medal from catholicshop.com, opening the package reminded me of the little Catholic gift shop my family used to stop into after Mass when I was younger. Everything felt simple, respectful, and familiar in a good way. The rosary didn’t feel cheap, the medal was nicely made, and the prayer cards had the same prayers I’ve heard and said for years at church.
I’m giving 4 stars only because the shipping took a bit longer than I thought it would, but the items themselves were exactly the kind of faith-based things I was hoping for. They felt authentic, not like random religious decorations. I’d definitely order from them again...

I reached out hoping to get some clear answers, but the emails took days to come back and didn’t really help much when they finally did. I ended up feeling just as confused as when I started, which was frustrating and disappointing.

"Promises didn’t really match what I got"
I didn’t feel great about ordering from them. The way they described everything made it sound reliable and straightforward, but the actual experience didn’t really line up with those promises. Something just felt off the whole time, and it didn’t leave me feeling like I could trust them. I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Not the quality I expected for the price"
I was let down by the item I ordered from catholicshop.com. The edges were rough, and the finish just felt kind of cheap (like no one really inspected it before sending it out). There was also one part that was slightly crooked, which was hard not to notice. For what I paid, I expected much better craftsmanship. It’s still usable, but I wouldn’t order it again.

"Browsing was frustrating and checkout got messy"
I had a frustrating time using the site 😕 The pages were loading slowly for me, and the filters didn’t really make it easier to find what I wanted. A few times, I clicked into an item and then somehow got sent back or lost my place, which got old fast.
Checkout wasn’t much better. It felt clunky, and I had to re-enter my info more than once, so I ended up giving up before placing an order. Maybe it’s okay if you already know the exact item you want, but just browsing around was kind of a pain.
"Too pricey for me"
I wanted to like this shop, but the prices felt high. Some things were cute, just not worth it once shipping was added. I found similar stuff for less elsewhere.

I’ve ordered from catholicshop.com a couple of times now, and overall it’s been a decent experience. I was in a calm, browsing-around kind of mood when I first used the site, and the regular items were easy enough to find. My order showed up fine, no real issues there.
The only thing that threw me off was the seasonal selection. Around Advent and Easter, I was actually excited to pick out a few things, but a lot of what I wanted was either already sold out or not listed yet. That was a little frustrating, especially when I was trying to plan ahead.
The prices seem fair, and I’d still check the shop again in the future. I just wish they had more seasonal items in stock or made it clearer when certain products might be coming back.

"Catholicshop.com actually has a solid..."
Catholicshop.com actually has a solid variety of stuff. I went on there just looking for a rosary, and of course ended up clicking around through medals, books, candles, and gift items too, because apparently I have no self-control.
Some of the categories had more options than I expected, which was genuinely nice. A few things I liked were out of stock, though, so that was a fun little reminder not to get too excited while browsing.
Overall, I’d give it 4 stars. It’s a good place to look if you need Catholic gifts or everyday religious items, as long as you don’t mind the occasional disappointment.

"Not much for First Communion gifts"
I was shopping around for a First Communion gift and the selection felt limited. A lot of the items looked kind of similar, and I couldn’t really find anything that felt personal or special enough for the occasion. I did check with support, and they basically said something like, “these are the options we currently have,” which was polite but didn’t really help much. It might be fine if you just need a simple basic gift, but for sacramental gifts I was expecting a lot more. I ended up leaving without ordering...

"Honestly, it’s held up really well"
I got a rosary from catholicshop.com a few months back i wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but it’s been used pretty much every day and it’s still holding together really well. The beads have a nice solid feel to them, not flimsy or anything, and the chain hasn’t broken or started getting loose, which is what I was kind of worried about. The only thing is the clasp looked a little cheap when I first opened it, so that made me pause for a second, but it’s been working fine so far. Overall, I’m happy with it, especially for something I’m using all the time.

I ordered a couple of medals and a prayer card, and everything showed up exactly how I picked it out on the site. I’m always a little nervous about getting the wrong item or something missing, but nope, no mix ups, no missing stuff. Shipping was okay, not super fast, but it got here fine. I’d order again, definitely would order again.

I was trying to order a rosary, but the checkout kept freezing right after I entered my card info. I had to refresh it a couple times and wasn’t even sure if the order actually went through. The site itself is fine, but paying for something should be way smoother than that.

"Packaging Was Disappointing"
I ordered from catholicshop.com and my item did arrive okay, but the packaging really wasn’t great. The box was a bit crushed and there was barely any padding inside, so I’m surprised nothing broke. I guess I feel kind of stupid for trusting that they’d pack it more carefully. It worked out this time, but I definitely expected better.
